Setting up the hardware was easy enough, even for someone not super techy. The POS Software itself is quite feature-rich, especially the Reporting and Analytics Dashboard, which has already given me some useful insights into my sales patterns. I had one small issue linking my existing accounting software, but their support team was responsive via chat and walked me through it. The system feels reliable and handles transactions quickly. I'm still exploring all the features, but so far, it's been a significant upgrade from my old system.

This is my third purchase from Epos Now, this time I got the Handheld Ordering Pro for my restaurant. Like previous orders for the main POS system and a Kitchen Display System, everything arrived on time and was exactly as described. The Handheld Ordering Pro integrated seamlessly with our existing setup, which I appreciate; it just worked right out of the box, as usual. Their consistency is why I keep coming back.
